Snow Fall: Flash Fiction

‘I love to watch the snow fall,’ said the little princess looking up to her father, the King of Cenious, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.

‘As long as your feets are warm, you will love it my dear,’ he said.

And the snow fell from heavens, like tiny rolls of cotton one after another, disappearing after a while, leaving the soil damp and moist.

Tomorrow the world would be white, buried deep under the snow. There would be fire in the lucky houses to keep them warm, others would shiver through winter.
